What is Acquify?

Acquify is a new generation of M&A software. As a cloud- and AI-native platform, it enables M&A teams to map projects from A to Z and bring more efficiency to the transactional project business. Acquify can be integrated with existing solutions such as CRMs, workflow solutions or other AI platforms.
Who is behind the Acquify Suite product?

The developer and owner of the Acquify Suite is the Basel-based company Acquify AG, founded in 2023. Acquify AG is an AI company specializing in the digital transformation of M&A processes. The company employs almost 10 people in the areas of engineering and AI, sales and customer support.
What is AI-based M&A software?

AI-based software such as the Acquify Suite are solutions that are specifically designed for M&A processes and use AI technologies to implement use cases. This enables improved insights and more complex automation.
Who founded Acquify?

Acquify was founded in 2023 by Mattia Rüfenacht and the Swiss SaaS company builder betascale AG.

Why is Acquify a cloud product?

Acquify is a software solution that uses various artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. At the same time, Acquify often integrates third-party applications. All of this requires a cloud infrastructure to provide a globally easily scalable service with the highest possible security and continuous software improvements.
Can I integrate existing solutions into Acquify?

The Acquify Suite can be integrated into other applications via a JSON REST API. Get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.
Can I load old databases into Acquify?

Yes, old databases such as emails, Excel lists, CSV etc. from CRM solutions can be easily integrated into Acquify.
How does Acquify use artificial intelligence?

The Acquify Suite uses various AI technologies. Using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, new AI models such as language models can access and use data in the Acquify Suite and also write new data. This is possible across the entire application and its various modules. Thanks to this, Acquify gradually becomes a smart co-worker that can take on tasks for you in the background or work with you to develop things such as an information memorandum.
Can I map project processes individually?

Yes, you have the option of mapping different deal structures and processes.
Can I integrate other AI platforms with Acquify?

Yes, you can integrate the Acquify Suite with other AI platforms and AI agents via a JSON REST API.
How can I invite external partners for projects?

You can invite external partners such as lawyers, tax consultants, etc. to the platform for individual projects. This function is also frequently used in franchising models, where franchising partners should only have access to certain deals rather than all of them.
In which languages is the Acquify Suite available?

The Acquify Suite is currently available in German, English, French and Italian. Other languages are also easy to implement.
Which data formats can I upload to Acquify?

We prefer XLSX or CSV format.

Is Acquify CH-DSG and EU-GDPR compliant?

The framework conditions and recommendations of the CH-DSG and EU-GDPR are design requirements in the development of the Acquify Suite. Acquify can therefore guarantee compliance.
Where is the Acquify Suite operated?

The Acquify Suite is operated in the Swiss compliance zone as standard. Deployments can also be implemented in other compliance zones.
Is the data stored on the Acquify Suite?

The Acquify Suite only stores data for as long as necessary. Ultimately, the end customers determine how long data is stored.
Can data be deleted?

Data can be deleted at any time via the user interface. Simple hard mass deletes via the Acquify support are also possible.
How is data encrypted on the Acquify Suite?

Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2/1.3.

What does it cost me to use the Acquify Suite?

Does Acquify integrate the solution into my existing software landscape?

Acquify examines your requirements and framework conditions with you. Depending on the situation, Acquify can help you directly or recommend a partner.
How long does it take to integrate the Acquify Suite?

The technical integration of the REST API should not take more than a few hours. Onboarding a company usually takes 1-8 weeks without Acquify being the limiting factor.
How high are the annual maintenance costs?

There are no annual maintenance costs. All costs are fully included in the subscription. No surprises, no additional costs.

Where can I find information about the configuration of my client?

Can I make customization requests?

At any time. You can enter these via https://acquify.canny.io/feature-requests and “upvote” other feature requests.
Where can I submit a support request?

You can submit support requests via https://support.acquify.ch/. However, these will only be processed if you have an active support package.
