Do I need a programmer for the integration?
No. Your marketing department can integrate the marketplace on your website within minutes.

Does Acquify fill buyer contact details directly into the NDA template?
Not currently. Instead, we recommend that you provide customers with an NDA template with a placeholder. This allows prospective buyers to simply enter data and return the signed document.

Can I also use Acquify for qualified electronic signing?
This is not possible. We recommend that you use established solutions such as DocuSign & Co. for electronic signatures. Acquify is used for the exchange of documents (incl. markups) and process control throughout the entire M&A process.

On which marketplaces can I publish?
We currently offer advertisements on DUB, nexxt-change, Dealsuite, BusinessesForSale.com, Companymarket and Nachfolgeportal. Additional costs for publications on these platforms are to be borne additionally and separately by the end customer or you.

Will all communication be centralized - even in third-party marketplaces?
Unfortunately not. There are currently no marketplaces that provide interfaces to centralize requests and communication in Acquify.

What does publishing on 3rd-party marketplaces cost me?
Acquify charges per 10/ad/month if you wish to publish on 3rd-party marketplaces. Any additional costs are to be borne by the end customer or you.
