Does Acquify fill buyer contact details directly into the NDA template?
Not currently. Instead, we recommend that you provide customers with an NDA template with a placeholder. This allows prospective buyers to simply enter data and return the signed document.

Can Acquify add a watermark to the Information Memorandum?
The Acquify Suite automatically inserts a watermark with the email of the user accessing the document.

Can I also use Acquify for qualified electronic signing?
This is not possible. We recommend that you use established solutions such as DocuSign & Co. for electronic signatures. Acquify is used for the exchange of documents (incl. markups) and process control throughout the entire M&A process.

Can I use the data room to collect customer documents?
Yes, you can use the data room free of charge before the due diligence and create a document request list. You share this with your customer as a link. They can upload files securely. You will receive a notification when the upload is complete.

How does Acquify use AI in deal marketing?
Acquify's AI has access to company data so that you can generate an anonymized teaser or qualitative sections for the Information Memorandum with the AI. This substantially reduces the time and effort required to create marketing material.
